Sometimes the over-the-air update of HAIKU's software fails.
In this case you may have an error message on the app, and/or a freeze on HAIKU. As a results, your HAIKU will be 'bricked' with a red LED or a flashing white LED.
The solution is to launch the update again until it works.
- On iOS, your HAIKU should be paired, so the name of the device appears. If it is not the case and you have a "?" you should be able to launch the update anyway.
- On Android, you have to reconnect HAIKU (might need several tries).
- In any complicated situation like this one, it always good to Hard Reset HAIKU by pressing the 2 buttons during 15sec
TIP = it is always better if HAIKU is the only app that is opened when launching the update
